Really pathetic staff that they have hired. I called for an appointment and was advised that an appointment was not needed for a check up. I visited within 15 min to the clinic and was sent away saying that check up will happen after couple of hours. Poor service and complete disregard for patient wellbeing. Would not recommend this place even if they provide free service

Poor management and poor scheduling. The receptionist keeps claiming that the doctor is in but when we visited they said doctor would be visit after couple of hours. Blatant lying to lure patients in during a heatwave shows they do not care about their patients.

underwent femto laser in this hosipital few days back and my experience was really really amazing... i mean it when i say amazing. the doctor who performs lasik is Dr p.sreenivasa rao who happened to be one of the best doctor that i have ever seen...he makes ur procedure easy through his behaviour and i would definitely recommened everyone to undergo this procedure under him and not to forget every member of the hosipital fraternity are amazing and homely to us. Overall my experience was one of the best. when it comes to my procedure it was very easy going and doctor calmed me instantly when i was tensed that made me very very comfortable and there was no pain for me right after the surgery also. Thankyou shree netralaya for giving me my complete vision :)

Best Eye Hospital in Hyderabad with the best Doctors. Especially the staff was very helpful and friendly. Recently my mother had cataract surgery successfully and we are very happy with the results. Very thankful to the Doctors and especially Suresh goud for taking good care of us from beginning to the end of the surgery. I strongly recommend netralaya to anyone looking for the best eye hospital with the lowest treatment cost.

Visited Sree Nethralaya Eye Hospital, Anandbagh cross roads for doctor's opinion regarding cataract surgery for my wife who is already under treatment for glaucoma. The staff at reception counter are very polite and courteous and took us to DR. PRIYANKA. The way Dr. Priyanka responded to our problem after going through our medical reports and explaining and clearing all our doubts was outstanding. We are very much impressed with her gentle way of counselling a patient and assuring by giving valuable advice.She deserves a lot of apprecation.Thank you Sree Nethralaya Eye Hospitals for maintaining hygienic atmosphere in the hospital with good ambience.

Got eye surgery to my father and v it's a very good support and care from the staff doctors. Mr.Suresh has taken care of all the needs and all went good! Will recommend to visit for sure for any eye treatmemt.

The doctor is very good but the hospital is not hygienic. They require the patients to enter bare feet in floors that is not very clean or hygienic.

I got my mother’s eye operation here, I got very good response from all of them and they had done very good operation. I suggest this hospital for eye operations.
