Horrible experience.. Spent 8000+ for our spects. Complete waste of money, frame got break within a week nd replacement took more than a month. And the replaced frame also duplicate one. Seems not authentic store for our precious eye glasses. They wont lift the calls also, during the replacement time. I doubt the brand named frames might have ordered from Our Abids and Koti, where you will get duplicate brands with cheap prices.. Same quality we are seeing here with huge prices.

Absolute scam! Sold me 'polarized' lenses that are NOT polarized—completely misleading and dishonest. Avoid this place if you value honesty and quality!

I must tell you that I have been roaming around to get my broken spectacle (threading) to get repaired. Lenskart from where I purchased spects asked me to go to another centre which is around 15 Km away. The next Titan shop over the phone asked me to visit his shop and surprisingly for them it cannot be repaired as it belongs to other company spectacles. With a lot of frustration I looked for spectacle shops around and found Eye wear opticals and clinics. I just visited the shop desperately and found it can be repaired within 5min. I was hoping that this might cost no less than RS 500 But to my surprise the dmart technician repaired it in minutes and when I asked for the cost of service to my surprise he said it service is free. Very friendly spectacle shop who take care of customers and non customer needs.

Branded or Normal frames, you name it and you will get it from this store. Very wide variety and range of frames to choose from at decent price. Very satisfied with the customer service and delivery commitment is remarkable.

I am very disappointed with their delay in returning back my money. I reminded multiple times and still they neglected. This is not acceptable.
