Too much of waiting time. No value or importance given to patients timings. Reception staff are least bothered. They say whatever they wanna talk about appointments. Timings not followed. We need to sit for hours to complete appointment. Reception staff are least bothered about patients retention. They say you may not come next time if you are unable to wait for appointment. That’s the level of quality service.

Worst management, but good doctors. I don't understand the logic behind what the receptionist says. If we go out for a while, even after paying, we have to wait for another hour when we return. The one-hour waiting time resets if we leave and come back. It felt like the receptionist was just trying to satisfy her ego. We waited for almost three hours. There might be patients with conditions like diabetes who cannot afford such long waits. I suggest you follow a proper procedure for booking slots. If this procedure continues, the hospital might lose some patients. We are patiently waiting only because we believe the doctors are very good.

I never thought that I will be rating a wonderful hospital and doctor with 2 star. Again I repeat the doctor out here is just excellent but the main problem here is the wait time and the procedure they follow to keep patients on wait The management feels that only their time is valuable but not that of the patients U give them a suggestion towards their betterment, they will show their attitude. Horrible fellows

Worst appointment timing avoid visiting the doctor at all. Doctors are not bothered about the time.

First of all, Please don't believe the bad reviews, People come during peak hours and expect to get served immediately? How entitled is that? The receptionist and the staff are dedicated and amazing. The doctor's are top notch! This is the best eye care hospital in the area.

First I will say about DR.Rama Krishna sir He is very kind and good person and friendly nature we can express our issues. Both my dad and mom got check up and eye lens got treatment they both are satisfied with the surgery. Thanks to the staff and Ramu bro for the insurance overall worth it to get treated under Dr Ramakrishna sir Thank you 🙏

Worst experience I took appointment on Monday. I waited.staff very irresponsible always they say you have to wait for 45mints Tuesday I have waited for 45mints and as well as on Wednesday almost I have waited for more than 2hrs it's waste of time. They lady who is sitting at reception irresponsible person. Better to consult another doctor.

Doctors are good but waiting is more and also if any body asks they send them to doctor first, staff not genuine
