Sri durga eye clinic & opticals

Went to the clinic as I had my left eye scratched with baby nails. I didn't have any pain while moving the eye but there was redness. The doctor put some eyedrops then later asked me about am i having pain. I said I didn't have any pain. Even after saying so he prescribed me a pain killer. He said I have to take medicines for 2 days and I have to come again the total bill was 947 including 200 consultation. I said I don't want medicines here because they were too costly. That lady took back my prescription and said to leave. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Not at all recommended place. Later went to Specsy optics, they called their doctor and given me assurance that my problem doesn't need any medicine, it will be cured in 2-4 days.

This is by far the WORST PLACE to get your optical needs done! The lady claims to be the owner of the Clinic behaves at the worst of the worst. Pathetic, Unethical and Inhumane service! I will never recommend this to anyone and as I live I will never visit this Eye clinic ever again! Disgusting Experience EVER! I wish there was a negative stars option!

Stupid eye clinic experienced badly false commitment given not at all responsible towards the customer they will never lift the phone calls also the optometrist is not skilful unbalanced opticals given they take days to deliver the opticals they don’t care about customers really such a pathetic eye & optical clinic in the Vanasthalipuram don’t dare to visit this place time waste especially you will get fake commitments

this clinic should be run with lots of patients i hope u will do the best thanking u for keeping this clinic nd have a best treatment ur response n communicate with patients is vgud nd ur doing a good job for patients nd all the best

Had a pathetic and an awful experience here. I will not recommend this to anybody ever and I hopefully will never go back again. The staff is most misbehaved and miserable.
