This optical clinic and its salesmen provide an abysmal experience. Their lack of professionalism and customer service is astonishing. The salesmen are pushy and manipulative, constantly trying to upsell unnecessary products and services. They show little regard for the customers' needs or preferences, focusing solely on making a sale. The clinic's eyewear selection is limited and overpriced, further adding to the disappointment. I strongly advise avoiding this optical clinic and seeking services elsewhere, where customer satisfaction and integrity are given the attention they deserve. Rating - 0️⃣⭐

They provide good quality products but the price range of their products are high. Their customers service is medium. They also have eye check up system. It is recommended if you are thinking for high range products. You will get your product by 2-4 days. They provide most of optical products starting from power glass to contact lenses. On my personal views their shop is okay.

Kinda poor experience owner kinda a broke my metalic frame and wasn't ready to accept his fault.. Got minimum discount on new frame 300/- would not recommended to give any hate but yet think twice before making any expensive deal with that one old idiot stupid geek..the one who broke the glass wasn't ready to accept his fault and was trying to blame me instea..anyways try to accept ur fault man I wouldn't hv mines u hv simply accepted ur fault.

Rough behaviour by sales man especially the slim aged sales man ( wearing spectacle in picture).
