Well satisfied with staff’s behaviour

The establishment provided satisfactory service, however, the range of products offered was somewhat limited. The staff demonstrated a cooperative attitude. An expansion of their product offerings would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Reviews are requested to be given so 4.8 or 4.9 is obvious. 1star is a try for balancing it out. I went there for fixing my lenskart frame, the person who's supposed to do fixing took it but fixed it for the sake of fixing upon asking he was veryy reluctant to do further work. The other guy was pushing me to give a rating. Review was more important than the real work! And the frame..Ofcourse it broke within a week, luckily i was in chennai and there's the professional lenskart people who did the real fix. Didn't ask for review, well behaved did real work. In agt lenskart only optometrists were good i dont know ekhn ki scene but aage toh bhlo e chilo.

I am Sunny..Today, I visited the store and ordered my specs. All the employees were very well-behaved, and I loved their hospitality. Mr. Animesh, along with a lady whose name I unfortunately don't know, personally interacted with me, and they were both so kind. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. Thank you, Lenskart!

Best store in agartala tripura. Specially the staff named rahul' s behaviour and presentation was awesome. Totally satisfied with their service .
