Not a good experience. The one of the male staff were very unprofessional. He called us when we went out from the store saying one sunglass isn’t found by them that we tried on. Then comes out to be it was there at it’s place but they couldn’t search it properly. They could have checked their cctv. Calling customers like shows lack of professionalism and training. He said sorry but he was very arrogant so it doesn’t counts. I suggest to train them properly and make sure that they possess good communication skills.

Very less number of man power Very pathetic service

Had a great experience with Lense Cart, Agartala. Service is very prompt and very professional. Atanu and Jasmine both went out of their way to help us. Truly amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

The new frame was delivered on time but wasn't sent for fitting to local workshop promptly. It was sent after enquiry, delaying the final delivery . Staff behaviour after final delivery could have been better. I have been visiting this store since it started. This is the first time I was disappointed.

Was a beautiful experience, we get a free servicing (yeah) The employees were sweet and have a very good behaviour (my father liked it) Everything was well mentained and good to express that Thank you

No one was present at the counter for the last 5 minutes actually I came for receiving my order so I think it would be better if after order at store delivery was done at home address

Staffs are good, Personally i liked Bijon Sinha, he deals with the customer finely & environment also fine.
