Lenskart.com Flagship Store at HGB Road Agartala

I am writing this with deep disappointment after a poor experience at your Agartala store (HGB Road, opposite City Centre) on 12-05-2025. As a long-time and loyal Lenskart customer, I expected professionalism and transparency—but encountered the opposite. Despite coming prepared to make a purchase, with a valid ₹2000/- coupon (expiring on 17th May 2025), I was told by store staff that eyeglasses start from ₹6000/-. This statement is not only misleading but factually incorrect. I am well aware that Lenskart offers multiple price tiers, including frames and lenses around ₹4200/-, which would have suited my needs and budget. Due to this deceptive and unhelpful interaction, I was forced to leave without making a purchase. This is not only a lost sale for your company but also a breach of the customer trust you’ve spent years building. I was ready to buy and make use of my coupon, and this misleading upsell attempt has now jeopardized both that opportunity and my loyalty to your brand. I urge Lenskart to address this matter seriously. I request: 1. An investigation into the behavior of the store staff 2. Assurance that accurate information will be provided to customers 3. Support in using my ₹2000/- coupon before it expires, preferably with access to the product range I originally intended to purchase If this matter isn’t resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to reconsider my association with Lenskart and share my experience publicly to caution other customers. I hope this feedback is taken with the seriousness it deserves.

I purchased a Vincent Chase Round Sunglasses recently from lenskart....My first purchase and my experience was wonderful. I am very happy with my choice and the design is perfect and fits comfortably.. Overall, I got a very good value for my money and will surely recommend to others.. I visited Lenskart to change my glasses and nose pads, and they provided excellent service! The staff was very friendly and professional. They also cleaned my frame thoroughly, making it look as good as new. Really happy with their customer service. Highly recommended!

The exterior is marvelous but the interior was too much bland, there was no uniqueness and there were limited amount of glasses to choose from .

Today I visited the Lenskart shop at Old motorstand. There was an optometrist named Animesh Das. He was such a rude guy you can't imagine. I visited the shop with my wife to check her eye.. He restricted me to enter the part where he was about to test her eye. He said I can't enter the area as it was under CCTV. I didn't said him anything. After the eye check up was done my wife asked him to discuss the report with me..He denied her request and he was insisting her to listen to him. She said me that she was feeling uncomfortable with his behaviour and asked me stay there , but that guy Animesh Das forcefully tried to stop me entering the room.. He challenged me to do whatever I can do. I urge all the people of Agartala to not go to the shop..
