WhAt a terrible experience I had in the Agartala's clinic that I wholeheartedly request you all not to visit this clinic. The doctor, is a oversmart doctor who feels she owns the world. And most importantly they manipulate the dates of their medicine. I simply has irritation in my eyes , other than that it was fine. This doctor told me that it's a dust alergy and has prescribed two medicines that I had to purchase from their pharmacy. After applying it for 3 days , suddenly I saw in one of the medicine, the expiry date was manipulated. The expiry date inside was March 25 and other side the box , it was written with pen , March 26. What a blunder!!!!!! My husband went then and there, they apologized and and changed the medicine. And after applying those eye drops my eyes turned red, it swallowed and bulged out . I have been suffering for last 20 days.

I recently visited sharp sight eye hospital for my father check up purpose and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and service provided. The hospital's staff, from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses, were all extremely professional, courteous, and compassionate. - The medical care provided was exceptional, and the doctors were highly skilled and knowledgeable. - The staff were very friendly & supportive, specially one guy named Mr. Kishan Bhattacharjee who was guided us in a very well mannered & caring way. - The hospital's facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. - The hospital's processes were efficient and organized, making my visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. Its really a great eye hospital. As they provide very good service to the patient as well as attended of the patient. My father undergone cataract surgery here and had a great experience with Sharp Sight Eye centre at Agartala, Tripura.

Highly satisfied and one step solution to eye problem under a single roof. Worth it experience!! Staff behaviour was commendable. And Special thanks to KISHAN who made the process easy.

recently visited for my sister eye check up, no doubt dr lavanya hira,her very unique care was blessedfull and all staff starting from reception, spect counter, pharmacy, everyone was empathetic and too good in their profession, and lastly thanks to Mr. Nippan who recommend me to visit the branch. Worst service. My father lost his vision because of their improper treatment .. I will always blame sharp for this If you can't provide proper treatment then pls close your hospital.. You people can't imagine what kind of situation we going through now because of you
