Very rude behaviour especially male nurses. They should know how to handle critical patients with delicacy. They don't have any manners to deal with patient and their family members.

Guy receptionist stationed on 01.04.2025 in morning hours was so rude. This is one way to lose customer. And what is this about if I have paid advance of Rs. 500 to book my spot why do I have to call the centre again in the morning.. I reached there at 0830 hrs. but upon reaching there the guy receptionist said why u didn't call the centre what is going on.

Had the most awfulllllll experience. We booked for sonography and they told that we should be there at 2:30 pm. Later we had to wait until 7pm. And the receptionist have no manners at alllll.... Ridiculous

1)Extremely rude behaviour by the staff here . 2)Very cramped up sitting area for the patients and their family members. 3) The staff had asked us to stay inside the CT scan room with the patient while the machine was shooting highly radiated rays showing lack of professionalism and knowledge.

Didn't like it. Earlier this diagnostic center was under SRL. But recently about 1year back SRL got separated from it and this Teresa now handles everything on it's own. I think that's why their service got deteriorated. Even after repeated query about the test,they got it wrong and performed an ECG procedure that my consulted doctor didn't prescribed. And it is also true that the behavior of the receptionist is not good towards patients and it has common toilet for both the male and female, which also causes problem sometimes

Worst service and behaviour ever. Management doesn't know systematic work or time management at all. Receptionists show rough attitude towards patients and their family members. Specifically there is one male receptionist who even threatened to cancel the appointment. Patients and family members come here to waste their time sitting on the bench for whole day. But management has failed to manage the systematic time management since it's beginning. Please, look for other options instead. If you don't want to get harassed or if you don't want to waste your time.

Receptionist they are not a nice person they are disgusting and doesn't no how to talk with the patient they are the highly rude and arrogant person i ever meet in my life time,i would suggest everyone not to go to teresa diagnostic.This diagnostic never give a proper timing to a patient .If you can tolerate their rude behaviour than you people can go to teresa.Their management are too poor and especially those receptionist are highly rude to everyone .
