I have visited the diagnostic centre. The place is very clean & tidy compared to the main branch but few services are not available here and they suggest the patients to visit the main branch for the services. And sometimes for the same service they charges more more than the main branch. One another thing I don't like is they don't have sufficient sit for the patients & patient's party & sometimes they have to wait outside or on the stairs.

As per their pt load they don't managed Manpower for handling. Patient have to wait for long time and not proper sitting arrangements of patients.

Went for a blood test on 6th Aug, an inexperienced attender was there to collect a blood sample. Wrongly inserted needle in my vein. I am still suffering. Worst kind of experience from this Diagnostic Centre

One of the worst customer care facilities in agartala. Most of their numbers are not reachable and they don't bother to call you back. Only option for you to visit them.
