I love the way Dr Smith explains everything as he is examining your eyes and spends as much time as needed to answer any questions

Staff were prompt to get me and my family seen at our scheduled time. They explained what they were about to do prior to doing it. At the ending of my appointment, they clearly expressed what the next steps would be.
The one disappointment I had today was Rachel, one of the front desk staff members, was not there. Usually, we would crack jokes and laugh, but her colleagues did a good job picking up the slack. LOL!

Always friendly and professional The staff makes you comfortable when you walk in and the staff that does the photos and test are very knowledgeable and patient with getting the information they need. Dr Smith is very professional when he examines your eyes and answers any concerns and issues you might have he gives straight forward information that you can understand. I highly recommend Dr Smith for your eye needs.
