This is my first time using this location since moving to Alabama. I appreciate the friendly welcoming staff and their willingness to help. I love my doctor and her experience and explanation of the exam results. Glasses are perfect and they have many to choose from. Thank you for the great care. I can see again!

They were so good with my 9 year old!! She's been going to the eye doctor and getting her eyes dilated since she was 2 when she also got her first pair of glasses and no other eye doctor had gotten her to calmly take the eye drops like they did here!! My 10 and 18 year old will be going next week. So glad I found a place that can help my most emotional child get through her eye exam and I can't wait to take my older kids!!

The people here are absurdly rude. I've had a better experience at the city dump. The floors are nasty and I think the place has really fell apart since last year thinking of it it was slow when I came in, felt like it was closed maybe because its ran down.

I had the best review up here but recently after my review eyecare associates have disappointed me. Dakota was a wonderful person but I have had not so wonderful experience afterwards concerning my follow up appointment they never scheduled or called. I broke my glasses by cleaning them and apparently I declined the insurance on them. If I knew they would break by cleaning them, I would have, but I don't remember being asked, so I'm not sure. Make sure to get the insurance!!! I now have to wait another year to get glasses.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Front staff is rude and not welcoming at all. Back staff is not much better. Nothing was explained to me I had to keep asking what they were doing each time we started a different thing and doctor swain wasn't very helpful at all. She didn't seem the slightest bit concerned about my questions or concerns, more concerned about it being Friday and close to time to leave, same with her staff. Lastly, but surely not least, the lady (Doris?) that fits you for your new glasses, RUDE. She seems like she really hates her job and is so unkind and emotionless. I felt like a number there, not an actual person that they cared about. I should have known better when the first time I called they were rude then and acted as if it was an inconvenience to even get an appointment. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Go to an actual professional and don't waste your time.
