This was my six year olds first appointment. The nurses were patient with him, even when he lost his mind about the eye drops. The doctor came in and sat on the floor with him and kept him laughing and relaxed for the rest of the appointment. We will be returning for any follow up care. Thanks Ensight Eyecare!

Exceptional, thorough, exam. Dr. Hatrzog friendly, professional. He explained my condition with my eyes, presented with knowledge, experience, and compassion. Didn't feel "rushed" through my exam. Janna did a great job, very patiently repeating her procedure with me due to my poor hearing status, understanding and friendly. Fees/insurances explained upfront on visit. Compatible with surrounding area. Not looking forward to next step but fully informed of necessity. Highly recommend by both myself and spouse.

If I could leave a -5 I would. We spent 3 hrs there just for the optical rep to leave before my son could even be fitted for glasses. My prescription is wrong even tho they kept ignorantly telling me that it hadn't changed. While we were there a tech kept having to call others in just to get every machine she touched to work properly. It was either broken or she simply didn't know how to use it and she wasn't a new employee. After I called and spoke with the technician , She just kept repeating herself and gave me a different story from the doctor that wasn't discussed while I was physically there . I've wasted my preventive eye exam this year and I'm extremely disappointed and should have gone elsewhere as my gut told me to. Truly I think the doctor did great with my son's exam , but the technicians are incompetent.

Dr. Barton and Dr. Hartzog aren't just optometrist, they are geniuses. My daughter had such dry eyes that her eyelids were stuck to her eyes. They fixed it with special contact lenses and also helped with health issues. Our whole family goes there now. We love them! They are the best!
