This was my very first time ever at a eye dr. They made the experience amazing. Everyone was helpful and inviting. They explained everything thoroughly so there was no confusion. I would recommend them to anyone seeking eyecare needs. Can't wait to pick my glasses up

I would never go back ive been going there for 20 plus years this time i asked questions about cost of everything i even got for the first ever a breakdown of all prices. The n my mind it was to compare prices for an-extra pair of glasses. Well the glasses i ordered couldn't be adjusted do i needed to reorder the lady there explained to me that my insurance would take care of everything except the extra they on a new frame in other words if i got a more expensive frame i would have to pay the difference. But the frame was cheaper and they don't give refunds so they kept my 56.00 plus taxes but i would have had to pay them if i had gone over.

Brittany and Amber that seats in the front has terrible customer service skills very rude and snobbish. I was hesitant to come in after they told me they was under new management and that my doctor had left but I thought I would give it a try anyway. Boy did I make the wrong mistake. Got there before my appointment and was treated very poorly a question had come up regarding my VSP insurance at first Brittany said she could call and get it reversed the her manager Amber came over and without even knowing the situation said they couldn't. So I went to my car called VSP myself and within 10 minutes got the issue resolved. So I went back in with my insurance rep on the phone to speak with Brittany to give her authorization for my appointment she handled the call very rude and still acted like she didn't want to proceed with my visit. So then Amber comes back in and tell me I can be seen but I could either wait or come back at 4pm mind you it's 2pm.. This place is a joke I wouldn't ever recommend to anyone.

Worst experience I been contacting them over a month for my glasses for them to tell me my order was cancelled than I was told my glasses would be in following Tuesday now it's Tuesday they tell me they was just shipped out today in I actually recorded every call now of the miss information I've been giving on multiple occasions if I could find the head quarters to them I would definitely contact to report all this this is my first time experiencing bad service with them not sure if the staff is new but the stuff that I've spoke with is very unprofessional

Great 1st visit. Quickly moved from receptionist through two separate eye exams and doctor arrived promptly thereafter. I felt his exam was efficient, thorough, and his assessment was reasonable and comprehensive. Will definitely return for further care.

Dr. Davis is a fantastic doctor! He is very attentive and takes the time to answer all questions! He is the BEST! He is the doctor for my 91 year old mother, Joy Robison. We live in Georgia now and she insisted that she keep him for her doctor. He's worth the 2 1/2 hour trip.

This was the most in depth eye exam I've ever had. They took me seriously when I discussed an issue I'd had for years and now after several types of imaging there I received answers about damage in my right eye. They were so thorough and kind to me and everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the assistants and optometrist herself it was a great experience. Their afternoon appointments do tend to be a little busier so prepare to be there for a little bit but the care was excellent! I will definitely be back

My 4 year old was referred by her pediatrician and the staff were all so sweet and so good with her. She'd never been to the eye doctors before but acted like a pro and felt so comfortable here. Definitely recommend
