I was referred to Triavision because my regular eye provider could not assess a possible corneal abrasion. I was seen by Jason Swanner. During my visit, I was not given fluorescein staining with a slit lamp examination, which is a standard diagnostic test when evaluating for corneal abrasion. Instead, I was diagnosed with "severe dry eye" without a complete workup to support that assessment. I was prescribed erythromycin ointment, despite the diagnosis of severe dry eye, and again without confirmation of the underlying cause of my symptoms. Because my symptoms persisted and did not align with the diagnosis I was given, I sought care from an ophthalmologist. I was then correctly diagnosed with a 3 x 2 corneal abrasion. I am a nurse practitioner and am familiar with gold-standard diagnostic guidelines for eye complaints. Based on my experience, I do not feel this clinic follows those standards for acute or potentially serious eye conditions. If you have significant eye symptoms or concerns, I would recommend seeking care elsewhere or seeing an ophthalmologist directly.

Do not go there and waste your time! The website will tell you they do contacts and glasses and that it has the best styles frames and lenses. They do NOT sell glasses or frames or anything! They do a comprehensive eye exam that is it! I walk in the office and the lady sitting at the window was in a bad mood. I wrote down my name. She told me she would need my drivers license and insurance card. She took them and when she gave it back, she just tossed it on the counter in front of me. Very bad attitude! She couldn't even look at me smile and say hello. When you work with the public for any company you are only as good as the ones in front,, so For that office if I could give zero stars, I would. When I was halfway filling out their paperwork that, by the way, you cannot print off online. I approached the rude brunette lady behind the window and said you sell frame and lenses correct? She said no we don't do that. We'll give you your prescription and you can go somewhere. I said that is not what your website says. It clearly says that you have frames and lenses. You guys have a horrible website. It is misleading. If I wanted to just have an exam, I would go to a regular ophthalmologist. I came here for frames and lenses and your website said I could get that. What a waste of time

For several years I had difficulty with my vision. I was not going back to my previous Eye Doctor. I was referred to TriaVision. The problem was identified quickly and resolved quickly. The Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a GOOD eye doctor. They are great !!

Dr. Carrie Smith and the staff do a fantastic job. Jodi and the front desk are super nice, as well as Dr. Smith and the staff. It makes going there enjoyable. I'm glad I was referred to her and TriaVision.

I can't recommend them enough! I was nervous and embarrassed going in because it had been so long since I had an eye exam but Annafaith made me feel comfortable and treated me like family! She was super sweet, caring, and professional. LOVE her and Dr. Smith! 20/20 vision again. Yay!

Dr Swanner performed my cataract surgery and he was very informative and performed the procedure well. Dr Chaiprkob is who I see for my normal ophthalmologist needs. He is very informative also and does a great job answering questions and explaining his procedures. He has a very good personality and great technical and social skills.

Dr.Knox and his entire Staff have been Wonderful! Great communication throughout the entire process of having both eyes done. All very Professional!
