The doctor was so kind and caring, and he made sure my husband prescription for his eyes were to his fitting. 10 out of 10!!! We will definitely be back!!

She somehow made all the pre-exam tests feel effortless, explaining the technology in a clear, reassuring way and catching small details that made the whole visit feel truly personalized. I made an appointment for my daughter because our insurance changed and she could no longer go to her previous eye doctor. I scheduled the appointment for 4 p.m. since it would be convenient with her being home from school. Today, I received a call from the receptionist (I'm assuming), who had a very rude attitude and seemed upset that I did not answer earlier. I work night shift as a nurse, so I sleep during the day. She said, "Have you not seen our calls?" and when I explained my work schedule, she responded, "Well let me look you up because I wasn't expecting you to answer." She then asked what my child's insurance was and appeared to assume it was Medicaid or AllKids, which made me uncomfortable. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I canceled the appointment and decided to drive 30 minutes to my cousin's office instead. I do not want my child in an environment like that. I would definitely recommend choosing any other eye doctor than this one.

Everyone couldn't have been nicer. They are very knowledgeable about everything they do and offer full transparency on prices of glasses and contacts. I won't go anywhere else
