Worst eye doctor office I think I've ever seen. Capitalizing on small town refusing to answer the phone and lying to customers. Expect to wait about double the time they tell you for your glasses. If not triple. When I went in for my apt I waiting for over an hr and a half to be seen and the whole time I was there they had people coming up to the counter to get their glasses because they didn't get a phone call and it had been 6 weeks for multiple of these people. Definitely just go somewhere else it's by far the biggest head ache. Crazy thing is they know they are in the middle of the woods so a lot of these people have to drive so far out of their way to get there to just check to see if my glasses came in because your inadequate staff refuse to answer the phone is crazy work. No one wants to work anymore.

Thanks for nothing I'm going to social media to let everyone know how disappointing this eye doctors office is such a waste! Someone not doing their job hire some decent help to answer the phone I called 3 time I drove almost a hour to get there only to wait on side of the road crying..it must be a federally funded establishment I prefer not to give my business to Thanks for nothing Dr Allgood They refuse to update the system on google they refuse to answer the phone I was sitting on the side of the road crying because I couldn't find them they refuse to call back which mean they dont care about their patients! It's a poor practice Look they dont even reply to the reviews Dr.Allgood is Allbad

i Wouldn't recommend it . The doc himself was nice but I've picked out new glasses and I never received them ! I've called several times and all they said was : they are not here yet . After 9 months I went somewhere else .

Dr Allgood is a great eye Dr..... That being said the staff there isn't so great ... When you call to check on an order they act like your inconveniencing them... It's there job!... Also I've waiting over 2 weeks on an order and having to talk to them.. there rude and like they're irritated having to talk to you when they actually answer the phone ..

The directions on Google+ are incorrect. Search for Luma Dentistry of Centreville. Both practices share a building.

Dr allgood is so quick in and out, and his staff is friendly and caring
