VisualEyes - Fayette

I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND the Fayette location. I called to see how much a contact eye exam was going to be since the cost of everything is on the rise. They told me $165 for contact exam. Got to the counter to checkout after exam and the total was $230. They failed to tell me when I called there is a contact fitting fee. Which would have been fine if they had told me when I called. Also, I went last year to this office for exam and wasn't charged this fee AND my daughter went in April of this year and she wasn't charged this fee. I'm extremely unhappy. I believe they should have made it right being they failed to give me all the information when I called. Before this I spoke highly of this office but I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone else.

Wonderful experience! The office staff is personable and helpful. Dr. Green explains, as well as educates, with each visit. He definitely stays on top of the latest technology. We are very fortunate to have him in our area!

The staff at Visual Eyes is exceptionally polite, very knowledgeable about their given expertise, friendly and always have a smile in their heart. The techs there are always happy to help, answer any questions you might have and put your nerves at ease. If they don't know an answer, you can rest assured they will find it. Dr. Greene, Dr. Phillips and the staff have always been very thorough with the exams and I feel satisfied each time I leave their. I have various family members who are patients including 3 young grandchildren. The staff is always patient and understanding with the children. I would HIGHLY recommend Visual Eyes for all your vision needs. (Meredith is my favorite :D)

Today, my wife and I visited with Dr. Green in Fayette, Alabama. We were thoroughly pleased. The exam was the most extensive we have ever experienced. The staff was invaluable, friendly, and personable. We are more than blessed to have access to such a fine facility.
