Dr. Jackson is a great doctor. He has an awesome bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Although I do not like the eye exam process. He and his staff makes the experience tolerable. I would recommend his services if you are needing your eyes value and managed.

I can honestly say it's the first time in the 47 years that I have been wearing glasses that a doctor never ever even looked at my eyes at all. Now he's nice and so is staff but I left with feeling like I couldn't see as good as possible. Machines and a very fast eye exam by assistant and that was it. He walked in said eyes look good & tweaking that right eye a bit. I have a brand of contacts for you to try bc I said my eyes fee like sandpaper. He was in and out in under 2-3 minutes. Contacts don't come in the brand he wanted with my prescription so they are ordering a different kind, but I don't know if they informed Dr.Jackson. I called back to his assistant and ask for my PD for my glasses told to call contact department they told me to call doctor so I called glasses department, said call Dr . Wow what a run around so I gave up

I think I have found my new doctor. The office staff work well with working me in. Dr. Jackson was kind and explained things to me. I love how he recommended a new contact lens to me, although in the past 8 years no other doctor has. Even though I was ok with what I currently had, giving an option for something better (regardless of cost) proved to me that he had my best interest in mind. I certainly felt welcomed and not just like another random patient.
