Every time my family and I visit, Jameson consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we have a smooth and positive experience. He is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping patients receive the best care possible. I love coming to My Eye Dr. everyone is very professional and nice. I've been seen very quickly every time I come and the doctor is very knowledgeable and answers every question I have. Also special shout out to Bea for helping me with my glasses! She is so sweet!!!

I had new lenses put in my glasses here. The frames were damaged during the adjustment of the frames. I took this up with Manager, Richard Dunner, who replaced my entire frame at no cost. He was so polite and professional. His customer service skills were stellar!

I had such a great experience at MyEyeDr. Tayemar helped me, and she was amazing so patient, showed me different options, and even tightened my old pair for me. On top of all that, she was hilarious and made the whole process fun. I really appreciated her help and definitely recommend her!

We are so thoroughly impressed with this office!! Our experience was nothing short of exceptional! We drive over an hour to visit the Mountain Brook MyEyeDr, and it was absolutely worth it. We were even able to schedule a same-day Saturday appointment for our 3-year-old, which was the first big win! (Our usual MyEyeDr doesn't see children under 5, but after this experience, we'll be switching our whole family to this location.) Finding an optometrist who accepts children so young was a bit of a struggle, but we definitely fell into the right hands. Dr. Quinn and the tech who assisted were absolutely incredible with our daughter during her first eye exam. They were so gentle even through dilation, and took the time to double-check everything to ensure she received the very best care and attention. They were so thorough and patient even with our wiggly toddler. You could tell they put a lot of heart into what they do! Tay at the front is the best!!! She was our daughter's favorite! They became fast friends lol! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (including enough candy to keep our little one happy) and that the glasses we chose were perfect (woohoo they have the bendable MiraFlex kids glasses) and a great warranty. She definitely made the visit into a fun, positive experience. You really can't find that kind of customer care just anywhere. She's a gem!! And the cherry on top: her glasses were ready much sooner than originally estimated! The turnaround time was super fast! Zero complaints; we can't commend ya'll enough. We're beyond grateful for this outstanding team and so happy our daughter is actually excited to go back. Highly, highly recommend!

Assistant manager Jameson was very helpful throughout all steps of my visit. He was knowledgeable on different brands of glasses and helped me pick the best pair for me. Helped me save some money too!

Beat experience i ever had replacing my eye glasses...Bea and Taye were extremely patient and didn't stop searching for the right pair of glasses until I was satisfied. Awesome sense of humor which made me feel really relaxed while choosing my next pair of glasses. Extremely professional and really knew thier stuff. My whole experience was top notch...I would recommend this type of service to anyone

Bea is AMAZING! This is my third year coming to this location and she is always so helpful and patient with me because I'm extremely indecisive. If you're looking for a stylist come see Bea. She'll have you styling and profiling. I receive compliments on my glasses daily and it's all thanks to her! Thanks Bea.
