I've been to alot of eye doctors through the years but this has to be the best experience I've ever had. They were all so thorough, kind and helpful. I'm happy to have found a new eye doctor that I'm pleased with. I would definitely recommend!

It wasn't a hard place to find. The receptionist knows what is needed from you the minute you walk in. The wait was short and the staff was nice. The exams are thorough and they explain everything during the process or diagnosis. The doctor was very caring and discussed my options. I felt comfortable as a patient and as a 1st time customer.

Doctors are great... front desk staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Definitely gone down hill with the front desk staff. When they are so rude you don't even want to schedule that's not helping the doctors out. Sincerely can't believe the front desk attitudes.

Lisa was great with me she really encouraged me to put my contacts in. I really had fun I'll recommend people to come more often. From Zaiden

When I first went to my appointment on last year I felt as if my visit was very expensive. Out of all my eye doctors visit with insurance this was my 1st time paying this much for an eye exam and fitting for contacts. When I have been wearing contacts over 20 plus years. An on top of that my insurance was in network with this company. Call back to get my contact orders I had all kind of run around with the prescription and trying to order the contact. Got excuses about the doctor leaving early they'll give me a call back the next day. Didn't receive it. So I called before they was about to call. Was told they would get everything situated so they called back and told me the price of the contact was TO EXPENSIVE INCLUDING MY INSURANCE NEVER PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR MY CONTACTS. Went and got my prescription tell me why my prescription was incorrect. My left eye prescription supposed to been different from the right. So y'all do the math. Was my exam put in correct or wrong. Sounds like a waste of money being spent!! The purpose for a person to get a exam because they either know or feel the need that they need some type of support. I felt as if I was rushed. The Dr was very friendly and nice. An not all the staff is not responsible but it's just 2% isn't as caring as others. Or taking their job seriously. To the ones that cares I truly applaud you all. 1st time and I think it would be my last when I get my correct prescription. I need accountability and commitment when it come to my health (eyes)

Everybody there were very nice and the Doctor was very good at the eye examination and the other things she did.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean facility with modern exam equipment. Dr. Stroup is great!
