I cannot say enough good things about the Eye Center at Walmart in Hampton Cove -- especially Karen. She was super helpful, attentive, patient, and helped me pick the right things within my budget. The entire office was fantastic, but Karen's customer service is next-level. You just can't beat it. She is an absolute GEM!

I've been a patient of his for the past 12 years and Dr Morgan was awesome as usual. Always in and out quickly and efficiently. Duane (at the front) was also very nice and informative about the frames and helped me navigate my insurance options with what I needed. I do not suggest using OXR Walmart Eye Center. I had my last pair of glasses made there and they never worked well for me. When I went back to my eye doctor I told them the last prescription was off and they went and compared my glasses with that prescription they had provided to me and they didn't match so Walmart had messed up my prescription. I should I complained to them sooner but I had been treated very badly by another local eye doctor a few years back when I complained about my first pair of prescription glasses, so I didn't want to endure that again. Once I contacted Walmart to inform them that my glasses were not made correctly, they told me it was too late for them to do anything. I feel like if it was their mistake it shouldn't matter how long it had been. How would I know they were wrong until I went to my eye dr. again. Long story short I will not trust them with my eyecare needs any longer.

I had three pairs of lenses made for frames I already owned. The expertise of Patty in fitting the lenses was excellent but the customer service and the mind-blowing rudeness of the manager and even Patty, at times, was shocking and insulting. I spent well over $600 on these lenses and did not do ANYTHING to earn such treatment. I did not compalin, even when lenses were scratched by them and I had to wait another two weeks. I WILL NEVER do business there again.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Scheduling is a nightmare. Juggled scheduling for 2 weeks to accommodate them then they called to confirm the day before and promptly called back a few hours later and cancelled all our appointments. My time is worth money. No professionalism.
