Staff were super friendly and caring. Dr. Wallace took her time to get a good read on my eyes instead of flying through to get the next patient in and she explained things to me about my eyes that previous eye doctors have never told me in 45 years. Everyone there is very helpful in getting you what you need.

Billing has been outsourced and I along with others have had issues with being charged and sent a virtual bill after being told I'm paid in full. Also, this is the second time I've had the wrong prescription in my glasses. I was given a -6.25 in one lens and I went to another clinic and I'm really a -8.00. I do not recommend going here. You're overcharged and given the wrong prescription. Glasses are too expensive even with insurance to have them be incorrect!

This place is phenomenal. I was called a day prior to my appointment from Cindy to obtain my health insurance information. When I arrived to my appointment, I was instantly greeted. The staff are really friendly and were able to answer any question I had. At check-in, I was made aware of the current glasses promotions and was told about the Sunbit option they have at check out to make payments if needed. Dr. Wallace was SUPER friendly. We shared conversation about pregnancy, as I am pregnancy. She was so understanding. She reviewed my eye scan with me and showed me what was what. She also explained that my blurred vision and increased headaches could be because my currently eye glasses prescription is too high. I temporarily live in AL but will be heading back to MD for Maternity Leave. I have a back up pair of glasses at home with a lower dose I plan to try if not I will use her new prescription to take care of this as soon as return to MD. Thanks for the advice!
