Tennessee River Eye Clinic

So I had to wait 3 weeks, granted 2 of those were mine (couldn't pay for them the Thursday so I had to wait till Tuesday to order them which sucked) but my biggest complaint is the optometrist went on vacation the same day I was supposed to get my glasses, and she was gone for a week I called and asked if I could get them anyway and they said I couldn't without the optometrist who woudlnt be back to the next Thursday, first off why didn't they have a backup optometrist? So she decides to go on vacation (which is fine obviously) and what everyone who needs glasses or contacts now has to wait a whole nother week? Why would they not have a back up optometrist? I wasn't able to go shopping or drive or even work because of it (my old pair broke hence why I ordered new ones) and why is only the optometrist allowed to give them to me, she asked my name asked if they fit and sent me on my way are you telling me no one else could have done the same thing took 30 seconds. Ended up developing anxiety and now if I dont wear my glasses for an hour I start to get stressed and anxious. Honestly

Office clerks smiling and helpful upon arrival for appointment. When nurse calls tone is kind and soft but easily heard. Shown to room and explains all procedures clearly. After seen by physician nurse indicates where desk for check out is. Excellent group.

Best eye clinic I've been in this area. So glad I switched to this place. Dr. Lenz is very thorough and gets my prescriptions right. I've been to many other places where they gave me prescriptions too strong in both glasses and contacts, but this never happens with Dr. Lenz. This is a very clean & efficiently ran place I recommend to everyone!

Most helpful people. Got me what I needed not what I expected. Can't say enough good about them

He takes his time, making sure all of your needs and concerns are taken care of. His technicians are so sweet and caring. I would recommend anyone to his office for the best care!

Dr Lenz is the best!! She is very patient and explains anything you need to know.

Never got to go there because of the office manager , she isn't very official or nice . I wouldn't tell anyone to go there .

Great staff and Dr Kassels is very thorough and professional.
