Dr. Waid Blackstone- TriaVision

I went to the doctor with a very specific problem I had been dealing with for over 2 months. He took a brief look at my eye and decided what the course of action was to take. He didn't listen to me he didn't even touch me until I insisted he actually examine it. The office staff was less than welcoming and the facility was skid row dumpy dirty paint chipped worn out furniture dirty floors really a skid row looking place. I have to go to another doctor to get the medical care that I deserve as well as the dignity and respect that should be provided by a caregiver. I had to give one star just to be able to make a review but I certainly would have only given zero if it was possible

Dr. Waid Blackstone removed my husband's cataract. He was recently seen by a retinalogist in the Washington D C area. That Doctor said that whoever did the surgery was a gifted surgeon who did an exceptional job. We agree, and couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Waid Blackstone

There's this thing called "a life". If you have one, you know that you have things to do all day. Like work. So since I have to open the business at 9am, I got the first appointment of the day: 7:50am. Got there at 7:20 just to ensure that I wouldn't hold up progress. Guess what? An hour and 45 minutes later, NO DOCTOR! A lady sitting next to me in the waiting area said, "oh, he won't even show up until a quarter to nine." Must be nice to schedule your first appointment at 7:50 and not even poke your head in the dang building until almost 9. You ever wonder why, at the doctor or dentist, you sit and wait so long? THIS IS WHY. Hey doc, get your butt out of bed and get to work. Other people have things to do. Enjoy your copay. And I'd better not see that you guys billed my insurance for one thin dime, since all I did was sit in your chairs waiting on service that never happened. I got up and left because I HAD TO GO TO WORK. If you literally have nothing better to do with your day, by all means schedule your appointment with this guy. He's got a heck of a reputation among his existing patients (many of whom are still sitting in his waiting area).

Dr Blackstone and his staff are friendly, caring and compassionate. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now. He did cataract surgery and implants for me and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend!

Dr. Waid and his staff's are some wonderful people. I enjoy taking my mom there they make you feel right at home my mom and I love them and can't wait to go back.
