How do I exam at eye care associates thought everything was great. The staff was nice and everything. But in the end instead of a wellness exam which is covered totally by my insurance they build it with a diagnosis of cataract I'm 70 years old. There's no way a 70 year-old woman's not gonna end up having some type of cataract. Dr. Kurtz said it was nothing to be worried about for several years. I got a pair of glasses because I hadn't had any new glasses in several years and they don't work for me. They didn't tell me that they were too large for the Progressive lens to fit into so therefore if I put them back in stock I had to pay a stocking fee. I'm so done with them. Now they're continuing to bill me for a $35 co-pay, which is absolutely ridiculous they may get it.......

Had a very good visit. Dr Kurtz was very informative and thorough with my exam. The young lady that helped me order glasses was so nice and helpful with helping me to pick out the best frames and to get all my benefits from my insurance. She also explained the specials y'all had going on. Definitely a great experience.

I absolutely loved Nikki! She was so friendly. Dr. Kurtz was great! He was very informative, professional, caring, and a great conversationalist.

Very pleased with the atmosphere and the professionalism. The Dr. Kurtz is amazing and financial staff great at giving the best options.

Had a wonderful experience. I did have a bit of an allergy to someone's perfume but the lady that helped set me up with glasses found me a bottle of water. 100% plan to return!

I must say that the staff there, they were very nice n caring. They made sure everything was done correctly. They served you as though they love what they do. Thanks to each one of you for your service. May God continue to bless each one of you the gift that He has placed in each of you.

First and foremost, I drove all the way from Montgomery to Troy to the eye doctor because everywhere in Montgomery either was booked up or didn't have an eye doctor! They got me in on the books quick! When I got there, I was greeted, the office was so nice and clean!!! I had my 6mo daughter with me so I was a little hesitant and nervous having her with me! Everyone in the office was so friendly!! No one look at me crazy for having my baby! They welcome her with open arms and still completed my exam! I got in the back to see Dr. Perryman and she was AMAZING! I apologize to her for having my baby and she told me no need, it was a safe space ! That made me so happy! I open up to her about a few personal things I was dealing with my baby and she listen and offer support! She never judge or anything! She told me she understood! That goes a long way with me! I told her for now on I will drive to Troy to get this kind of service again! It was great! My glasses I pick are beautiful and I can't wait to get them back!!!! Thank you all so much for just being great and providing great customer service!!!!! I will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!
