The young lady that helped us was so fast and efficient, and she was really friendly and kind. She just helped move the process along so that we could get everything taken care of and get in and out with no problems. We would definitely be going back for our next pair of glasses.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The Dr was veey much informative. The staff in the front that worked wirh the frames and filling rha prescription were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recomend this particular location to anyone. They were the beat

Ms. Johnson, the general manager went above and beyond to help me out. Savannah was also another staff member that was so kind to deal with and went above and beyond. I will come back and buy more glasses. They are an outstanding dynamic team that puts the customers need first.

Me and my son was eyemart came in one lady was with a customer. No one else was at the desk so we waited about 5 minutes. another customer came in . When the lady came out from the back I told her what we wanted. She really didn't helped for as glasses. So once me and my son pick out the glasses what we wanted. She came out the back again. She told us to sit down and told me to put on the glasses I picked out. And she got up and left to go to the back room again we stayed waiting there about 5-10minutes and the other lady in the office. So me and son got up and left. I will not be back there poor customer service skills

I first walked in there a few days ago and I was ignored for about five minutes then ady asked me what was I doing and told her I needed a new pair of glasses she told me I need to get A prescription for it so I booked an appointment then I had to ask if I could look around and choose a pair of frames that way they would be ready. No one assisted me or anything. I picked out a pair of Ray-Ban's And the next day I came back and got my glasses prescription and waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes just waiting to be seen by somebody and then I noticed the Ray-Ban's case was unlocked So I walked up to it and grabbed the pair that I wanted, and then walked over to one of the workers and told them that their Ray-Ban's Displaycase was unlocked She came out and closed it and then left About 5 or 10 minutes later she came back and we sat down and I put the glasses down on the table and told her that these are the frames that I want and Then I chose out some lenses I was told that I'd probably get a text in about an hour that they would be ready after an hour past. I didn't get a text so I decided to go back to the store and they told me that the machine had broke down while working on my Lens Trying to cut them into shape and then it should be ready by the afternoon. I checked in with them a few times throughout the rest of the day I told me that machine had broke down again after they got it working for a little bit and then now that she had to order a part that Should've came in today And that I would receive my glasses Sometime this afternoon well I just called them Before I made this post and they said that the machine is still down I know I probably won't receive my glasses today

I wish I could give it 0 stars. The fist visit i had glasses made that were not finished that made my vision blurry. When I brought them back to be fixed they not only lost the case I brought them in but they put a lense in the frame that doesn't fit and it falls out several times a day. A waste of time and money. The level of incompetence in that one location is going to have your business in jeopardy. Will tell everyone I know to stay away.

The eye doctor is a total joke, he got my prescription wrong. I am 70 years old and he had my eyes getting better than they were last year. (Not possible)I have made 3 trips trying to get it right and still no luck. Tried to get my money back and was told that the exam was a personal service and could not get my money back. I have gotten another exam from someone else and the prescription is not even close. I would not recommend Dr. DuBose at all he had a chance to make this right but is still saying that his prescription is correct I cannot read at all with his prescription but can see well with my old glasses.

Customer service was excellent. I received my prescription frames 3hrs after purchasing them. Very stylish frames to choose from. I'm a happy customer!
