I walked in the rec receptionist with real Nice give me my paperwork to fill out finished it and Handed it to her she said thank you. I said you're welcome and it wasn't long till they pulled me back to the back and check my eyes Everything went well. I picked me up some new glasses paid for them. I thank them. The Optometrist told me when my glasses came in that they would call me I said thank you and I left real professional people and very nice

Been trying for a week to get my written prescription corrected so that I can pick it up. I've been told they'll call me back on 2 different days, and I was on hold so long today that I finally just hung up because I have work to do. I wanted to leave a negative review for this place after my initial visit, but I held off because I thought that maybe they weren't always that inefficient and unhelpful and that they might just be having an off day. Well, after spending a week trying to get my dang prescription from them, I've had it with them. Won't use this place or any other offices of Eyecare Associates.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Hudson's rushed and insensitive exam since we have struggled with my daughters eyes and headaches for three years. He did not remember any of that and acted like her change in prescription wasn't worth a change in glasses and was very flippant when I tried to explain that she gets bad headaches when her glasses aren't correct. There was no compassion or bedside manner. It made her uncomfortable and unable to speak up during the eye exam, therefore getting another bad prescription and causing two more weeks of headaches. We will not go back. I went to a new doctor for a new prescription and better experience.

The receptionist was extremely kind, understanding, helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable about the care of my grandkids eyes. I would recommend anyone that's interested in keeping the care of their eyes to this eye care facility.

Absolutely the best eye care facility around. The staff is the best part, they make you feel comfortable and right at home.

Everyone warned me not to Warrior Eye Care unless I wanted to get ripped off. I did anyway and found out the hard way! I did not know Medicare would pay so I paid the full amount. Medicare paid half and after talking to the billing office they first said they would refund me. Sent me another bill saying i still had a balance of $49. Called them today and they say NO they dont owe me. I'm' retired and don't have money for a big company to take. PLEASE read and believe mine and other's post on here. If you want to get ripped off go.

This is the only place that I trust with my eye care. The staff is super patient with me as my eyes try to run away anytime something gets close to them. They know all the tricks to get my checkup done quick and painless. The office is always spotless and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They are also very willing to educate you on your eye needs and give you solid advice instead of just doing everything to take your money. This honest and human approach is rare these days where healthcare has only become about the dollar. I am so glad to have such a great place in my hometown!

I paid in full as the lady gave me a choice going to get my prescription I paid for they printed out a NEW invoice that I owe 50 something more dollars. Her answer for me was insurance didn't pay I NEVER said I had insurance with them. They were totally rude to me about this. They said glasses would be ready in a week so two weeks later I called asked about this. She said wasn't in but mail hasn't ran yet and I understand this about delay out of their hands. Shortly after this I got a text that glasses were there. I drove over 100 miles round trip to find out only one pair had been shipped. This is when they printed out another invoice I was in the red. I gave them the option of money returned I had paid for glasses or we are settled. I received another text two days later the other glass were in so I called from out of town ask to mail them the girl checked said no so I drove back over there on Monday the young girl which was a new employee at the time of order refuse to give me glasses. The office manager after making me wait a LING time just told me after texting and calling me they were not in yet. The doctor is amazing but the staff running the front is very unprofessional and rude. If you go there keep your invoice like I did. Very poor management.
