Super weird that I couldn't get my glasses that I already paid half for because I forgot to pay for one exam that happened. I understand everything should've been paid for, but I already had the cash on hand for the glasses and usually won't second guess the exam expense on top of it. But during this visit, I only had $200 in cash at the moment, and the eye exam from the previous week made the total higher than $200. The front desk person said he couldn't give me glasses, which I am not mad at him at all because he did ask his boss and he said no. So pretty much they're holding my glasses hostage right now. It's not like I've been coming to one of the only eye clinics for 10 years. Anyways, besides that, 10/10 with customer service, not mad at the workers for following their boss's rules, also 10/10 with the eye technology stuff.

I can't say enough about this practice! The doctor is so thorough, explaining everything she does and why, then goes over the results by actually looking at scans of your eyes. The staff are all so pleasant and professional. I felt like I was in the best of care and am grateful to have this gem on the island!

Absultely the most well trained and knowledgeable eye doctor on Kodiak! The practice invests in techologies that one wouldn't think would be available in the area.

Went above and beyond from when my mother had an appointment. Thank you to Kathleen and her team for offering to pick her up and give her a ride back home instead of moving it to a later time because I wasn't able to leave work to assist her. They always provide great service even on a short notice. Great staff and highly recommended!
