Dr. Sykes was outstanding! I had a vision problem that had been undiagnosed by three previous optometrists (for some unknown reason to me) over two years. Dr. Sykes nailed it within two minutes! She has old time country doctor communications skills. Dr. Sykes is exceptional!

Dr. Bancroft is the best Optometrist in the valley! Very kind, extremely thorough, highly professional. He takes a lot of time with his patients to ensure their prescriptions are accurate.
His staff, Jane and Jessica, are also amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are patient, even if you have many questions.
I couldn't recommend an Eye Clinic more highly!

honestly I'm not sure why this place doesn't have more, or better reviews. The doctor is definitely to the point not super talkative but that could be me I can be offputting with my tattoos and green hair to people sometimes, but I like this doctor mainly because hes very thorough and knows what hes doing. The receptionist is very sweet and so is the lady that does repairs and glasses orders their prices are also so reasonable and they work well with military insurance my exam was completely covered I didnt even have my exam completely covered one base.

The Dr. was great but I've had nothing but problems with the staff. They don't return calls and seem not to care. It takes months to actually get your glasses but they take your money or bill your insurance on day one. It's been 3 months and still can't find out what's going on with my wife's glasses being sent out and am always told we will call you back. I would hire a new staff or use a different lab. This Dr would be better off.
