I can't say enough that's good about Dr. Davis. She's a first-rate ophthalmologist, highly skilled and competent, very caring and conscientious. I like how she explains things in a very clear way and gives her patients time. I recommend her highly.
I have had numerous procedures completed at UAMS since 2016. Although all of my providers have always listened to me and treated me with the utmost respect Dr Davis has taken that to levels I can't even describe.
She did my cataract surgery and was very descriptive on our first visit as to what I should expect. During the pre-op she again told me what was going to transpire during my surgery. After the procedure she again checked in on me to answer any questions and to let me know how to proceed with my aftercare. The evening of my surgery I experienced some pain in my eye and thought it might just be from the surgery. It turns out what happened to me was experienced only twice a year. I called the officers and was told to come right in. I drove to the hospital parked and walked up to the 7th floor. I was in a chair with Dr Davis taking care of the right as I walked in. After relieving the pressure on my eye she kept me there about an hour checking on me every few minutes. That evening she called me again to check on me. Although the entire staff was completely on point and everyone really went the extraordinary extra mile, Dr Davis provided patient care so far above and beyond anything expected I was completely taken aback at how much she cared about my condition. I can't say enough about her and her professionalism and genuine care for me. She is the best! And I can see better than I have in my entire life after the cataract operation.
Dr Davis is definitely a 10!!! Always cordial and professional but very down to earth and relatable! Never feel like you are being rushed
