Dr Ransdell is highly skilled in his field. I am a challenging patient for a few reasons, yet he always has a good bedside manner and always offers solutions to improve my vision. He could easily stick with my same prescription and call it a visit, but he chooses to find the best option he can even though it may take some extra time. His staff is very friendly as well.

Have been going to Custom Eyes in Carefree for several years, always happy with DR and support staff UNTIL recently. They merged with another office and now you cannot call the office directly. I needed a replacement contact lens and after several call to the new number, the staff there cannot tell me if the new lens was ordered or not!!!!
