Cave Creek Eye Care

The manager and doctor were both incredible. I had not realized how much my eyes had changed. They also have optical nerve imaging WITHOUT dilation. I was sent out with a new set of bifocal contacts and vision. Thank you CCE ! A plus! I want to add that the amazing manager is Renata and Doctor Giese was the quick but extremely thorough professional. They both went beyond the spectrum of what you will expect as a customer.

I had an amazing experience at this eye care center from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. They took their time to explain every step of the exam and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facility was clean, organized, and equipped with modern technology, which made the whole process smooth and efficient.

What an incredibly refreshing experience I had at Cave Creek Eye Care. I loved the doctor so much. She was a breath of fresh air and so was her office manager. I highly recommend this place.

Cave Creek Eye Care is fantastic! Renata helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses--she really knows her stuff and made the whole process so easy. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the Dr Giese took his time making sure I got my prescription fixed after a bad experience somewhere else. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been coming into Cave Creek Eye Care for several years now. We both saw Dr Hawkins and had Renata Godoy assist us with selecting eyeglasses. My family and I recently moved to Arizona. I came in for an eye exam at Cave Creek Eye Care office. As someone new to the community, I was encouraged by the many positive online reviews about the practice and was looking forward to becoming a patient. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff and other team members were friendly. However, my interaction with Dr. Egea was a drastic departure from that initial warmth, professionalism, and care offered by others. Early in the appointment, I was trying to weigh my options for contact lenses and make an informed decision about next steps for my aging eyes. Dr. Egea gave me the options abruptly and then turned away to work on the computer. There was not an ounce of care in her mannerisms or tone. I would've appreciated her helping me make a decision by offering additional conversation or guidance. It left me feeling unsure, which was disappointing given how important this visit was to me. I calmly mentioned that I was finding her demeanor a bit abrupt. Rather than adjusting her approach or engaging further, she offered to end the exam altogether. I was genuinely trying to express a concern while still continuing the visit, so her response felt dismissive. I continued the appointment because I had taken time away from work for this appointment, but I did not trust that I received the best care from Dr. Egea. She did not welcome me to the practice. She did not thank me for my visit. MOST importantly, she left me worried about the quality of care she provided. Dr. Egea was curt and dismissive from start to finish. Her attitude and rigidity cost Cave Creek Eye Care my family's business and likely others. Ultimately, I ended up scheduling an appointment with a different practice and found a much kinder, caring eye doctor. I would not recommend Cave Creek Eye Care or Dr. Egea - better care exists for your eyes!

I had such a great experience from start to finish, I was treated with such great respect and care from everyone at Cave Creek Eye Care. I left with certainty that I was well taken care of and knew all my needs were met and more! Everyone was so patient with the entire process and I was treated like family. 10/10 recommend!!

This was by far the best experience I've had with an eye exam. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working there and serving others.
