Had a fantastic visit and all of the staff are very organized family friendly ready to assist with anything. I really do appreciate Silvia from the front desk she has been nothing but amazing, brought my grandmother same day for eye exam and to look at frames, didn't pickup any but they do have a great selection to choose from.

First time me and my husband visited this office. We had to switch from Nationwide Vision due to an insurance switch. They got us an appointment within a few weeks. We saw different doctors so we were finished at the same time which was great! The front desk staff, the staff that did my pre exam pictures etc was thorough and the doctor listened to my concerns. Overall great experience and far more thorough than Nationwide Vision. We both would highly recommend!

I had a WONDERFUL experience here today. The doctor I was scheduled to see was running behind so they asked me if I would allow a different doctor to see me and I did. I was so glad that I did because we were from the same hometown and was able to share some stories. From the time I walked through the door everyone there was inviting, welcoming, and very much accommodating. The young man who had to fit me for my glasses actually helped me pick some out and did a fantastic job. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I'm so glad I found them.

I love WVV! Have been going to them for years! Dr. Mullen is very thorough, knowledgeable and takes his time answering all of your questions. Deserae, the optical technician, was especially nice being very thorough in helping me to pick out the best frames for me and going above and beyond making my experience in choosing new glasses fun and enjoyable! She, too, was very thorough and such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend WVV!!

I came in this morning as an emergency walk in I was fit into Dr Michael Furey's schedule. He was thorough, pleasant, reassuring and put me totally at ease. He scheduled me for a follow up. Gave very clear instructions on what to expect and what to watch out for, followed by emphatic assurance to come in early if need be. He was fantastic.

The Dr. was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain each step of the process. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood my prescription and eye health clearly. I never felt rushed, and the personalized care made me feel like more than just another patient. The frame selection at West Valley Vision Center was impressive plenty of stylish and high-quality options to choose from. The optical staff was extremely helpful in guiding me toward frames that matched my face shape and personal style. They also made sure I understood the different lens options available, including blue light protection and progressive lenses. My new glasses were ready sooner than expected, and when I came in to pick them up, they made sure the fit was perfect. I've been wearing them for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with the comfort and clarity. Overall, West Valley Vision Center provides top-tier service, expert care, and a welcoming environment. Whether you're in need of a routine exam or a new pair of glasses, I highly recommend this center. I'll definitely be returning for all my future vision needs, and I'm grateful to have such a trusted eye care provider.

Dr Watkins is amazing. Really great personality and expertise. Takes time to answer all your questions. Front desk are mostly great. Had one experience where the lady was snippy. Spoke with Melanie regarding glasses and even though it was late in the day she took time to listen to my needs and was super helpful. The biggest thing with Melanie is she does not make you feel like all she wants is the upsell. Overall would highly recommend

First off, they have the best call service software. If they don't answer the phone, system will send you a text message in which you can chat your need. Love that!! I requested an appointment and was called back within 5 minutes. Customer rep was helpful and friendly. She was happy to be working there. Always a plus!! When I went in for my appointment I was brought back in under 5 minutes as well. Paula was very kind as she went through the rigamarole. Dr. Lundquist was very thorough and genuine. He answered any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly. They have one of the best eye frame selections in the West Valley for sure.
