I thought my experience was good. The doctor was nice. Read on.....I was sold a product (lenses) that didnt work for me. I paid almost $400. That was just lenses, the frames were covered by my insurance. They sold me a product I couldn't use. They have it and my money. This was on them. They wanted to sell me the top of the line transitional lenses. The problem was not asking enough questions to rule out the lenses they sold me. They have no questions to the patient about vertigo or other conditions that can be affected.
I believe they do a good job at this office. It's a matter of they couldn't deal properly with the fact that they let me down. My condition is unique but they are the professional. They had me pay for their mistake.
