STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! These people are a joke, & in my opinion the company is committing insurance fraud by highly up-charging their glasses & prescriptions to insurance which means we pay more. I purchased 1 pair of standard Oakley glasses ($175), plus my standard near sighted prescription with some extras like scratch protection, & polarized colored lenses. After insurance they claim I owed $271.00. I asked if they even used my insurance? They put on this dog & pony show, pretending to be excited for me saying how I saved over $600. They said without insurance it would've cost almost $900 for 1 pair of glasses!!! CROOKS. They don't even have colors in house to pick from, so they just start verbally spouting out random colors to you to pick from. You have NO IDEA what you're ordering. So of course the glasses came back completely wrong, I simply said that's enough of this insane place, just give me my money back. They said they have a no refund policy even though they screwed up the order. They expect customers to just keep letting them try, & try again while you're waiting Months for them to get it right. I demand my money back & they said it would take 8 WEEKS. I finally called corporate threatened to call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), Arizona State Attorney Generals Office, & wouldn't you know it ??? Just like that I got my full refund immediately & had my insurance claim reversed & reinstated. I'm still turning them in to the Powers to be. They can't be allowed to continue business this way. SPEAK UP & REPORT THEM. Nothing worse than lying thieves

Dr Brewer is amazing at his job! He really pays attention and does a thorough examination. He was able to catch a condition in my daughter that has been overlooked before. This will make a huge difference in my daughter's reading and education. I'm so very grateful!!

Dr. Lewis is great. His tech who did my initial tests and paperwork, Josh, was amazing and extremely personable. I absolutely HATE the impersonal check in with the front desk and the appointment time is always close to half an hour after the scheduled time. My insurance is not covering the total cost of the new glasses so I'll be getting them elsewhere.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfortable environment. the doctor gave me clear and understandable information so I could make decisions for my eye care.

Clean, organized clinic with professional, efficient staff. My exam was thorough without feeling rushed, and check-in was smooth. Only downside: follow-up calls and billing questions took longer than expected. Overall, a solid experience.

My experience was great. The staff were helpful and cheerful. Time wise was also great. I didn't have to wait long from the time I checking to being seen.

BDP does a great job for vision services. I am grateful to front and back office staff for providing a good experience. A special thank you to Dr. Joseph Brewer who has given wonderful and vision saving care to my wife and me.

As a new patient, they were able to get me in within 40 minutes of my initial call regarding a very a painful eye infection. As soon as I walked in, the front desk was able to help with numbing drops to relieve the pain and within minutes, Josh took me back to a room. He was absolutely delightful! Then Dr. Lewis diagnosed and took very good care of me. Overall a great experience! I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!
