Was my first time visiting an eye doctor in 8 years. Dr. Wegenke is AWESOME! She was so informative and down to earth. She was very easy to talk to and gave me so much good information. I really felt comfortable talking to her. You can tell she genuinely cares for your best interest. I feel bad I didn't catch her name but the woman who works the front desk that helped me with the billing and purchasing my new glasses was so nice. She was always smiling and had a very positive glow to her. Because of everything that was so great about the place I'll continue coming back for regular check ups.

I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions and each time the staff is amazing! The girls in the front are always attentive and friendly making for a great start to what could be an anxious appointment. I had the pleasure of having Eva and Ashrafi helped me at each visit and each time whether it was the last appt of the day or the first they have been so pleasant to deal with no judgment and made me feel comfortable every time. Never have I ever had a true 5 star experience at an eye appointment until my experience at this particular Nationwide in Laveen. The entire staff was incredibly kind, however- I'd personally like to shoutout Dr Wegenke for being so compassionate, empathetic, and friendly. She was also extremely knowledgeable about my eye condition and gave me relief and reassurance I needed. I look forward to making this my "home" for any future eye appointments.
