This was our first time visiting the Mesa location (we usually went to Lindsay location). Everyone was very kind and personable. Dr. Buoy was very patient with our daughter when she was nervous about the dilation eye drops. We will definitely keep going here annually.

Dr. Sharma made the appointment fun and easy for my son, and the front office staff were patient and attentive when performing the pre-appointment consultation as well as selecting new glasses.

My family has been coming here for years. It was fine before Dr. Abbott sold the place. We are now done with this place. To start off what soon after new company took ownership, I ordered contacts from them, it irritated me that a couple weeks went by, no contacts. I called them. Pretty sure they were never ordered. Took over a month to get them. The following year their contact exam went up $100 with no notice after Dr Abbott sold the place. This is with insurance. My wife got a prescription for wrong contacts brand. She has been wearing the same brand for like 10 years. The front staff made my wife seem like she was crazy. Like they are all perfect and the office and doctor makes no mistakes and the customer does not know what brand they wear. They refused to even talk to the eye dr about it. That was the final straw. Plus the glasses are way overpriced. We go elsewhere now. I don't get all the glowing reviews. Why pay a premium price for subpar service? We gave them more chances than they deserved. We pay less now and get treated better.

Doctor Sharma is the best I've been to and I've been getting eye exams for 30+ years. Most times I feel like my eye provider is just trying to make a sale. This was not the case here. She listens and explains everything.
