They are amazing. The best specialist that I have been to for my daughter's rare eye issue. Quick appointment time usually you're not even waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes until you get called back and they answer any and all questions you may have and make you feel welcomed.

I was greeted when I came in and was called back to a room quickly. The wait time for the doctor was minimal to none and she was super polite and listened to all our concerns. Will definitely be returning.

They do not take eye insurance. They did a standard eye exam for all of my children and they charged my medical insurance. What would have been considered preventative care anywhere else was not here. They bury it in their paperwork. I handed them my insurance card and said that they would be able find my vision insurance using this. She said ok distractedly and so I thought it was good. Ultimately this cost me almost $500. I called them several (4-5) times to request to speak to someone about this and they kept referring to putting in a request to the manager and then nobody called me back. It seemed to me with speaking with them that is a fairly common thing the deal with. It would seem if this was something that they dealt with all the time they would try and be very clear to avoid this issue instead of taking advantage of the fine print and causing people to have to pay out of pocket for standard preventative care. As far as customer service, they never responded to any of my calls, although they did make sure that kept sending me their automated requests for payment via text. It is very clear what they are most concerned about. We will not be coming back here. Update: They posted a response here on the google review asking me to send them an email to contact them and they would get back to us. I sent them an email on 11/23/25 and they have not still yet to respond.

The specialist and some of the staff members were trying to get us to do an eye dilation test. I understand this test gives more information about the eye conditions but, sometimes you have to do a test like this in another time. We got the service denied (copay already paid) but, I've called another abc location and they were able to find another specialist that could see my son without having this test performed. The another abc location said I won't have to pay again a copay. So, good abc customer service.

All staff is super friendly and very helpful, the placed could be more tidy overall as far as wiping down chairs, trash/ candy on floor, other than that great place, my son was nervous first few times he had an appointment each time every visit a staff member took time to explain or reassure him.

The eye doctors assistant was amazing, her manors were very good. My son was nervous and she explained everything to us made us feel better. Overall I'm very pleased. I recommend this eye doctor and staff to the fullest.

The waiting room is small. I arrived at 12:50 pm for my 1:15 pm appointment. I checked in. My kid and I went into the room to check the eyes and we had to wait another hour to be seen by the doctor and sit in the small waiting for. It's alway pack and the wait time is too much to sit and wait while kids are crying and loud while the TV is blast on to hide the kids noise from crying. I have private insurance and I pay my bills on time. Find another pediatrics eye doctor. The front office staff are not welcoming at all, no "hi" or "how are you?"Just the kids name and verify the kids name on the sheet of paper and sign it and go back and sit down. **Just find another pediatric eye doctor ** It's not fair to wait 2 hours from the time I arrive to see the doctor. When I arrived earlier than my appointment time. My entire day is wasted for a follow up visit. The doctors are great and friendly but the wait time is not good.
