Dr. Betsko is excellent and the staff (Johna in particular) is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I love my new glasses and that they offer frames from women-owned businesses. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time visiting, I was very happy with the service and friendly staff I highly recommend Acuity eye center.

I have been going to Acuity for the past 10 years and have never had anything but on-time professional eye care from the moment I've entered the door. Best experiences ever! Makes me look forward to my next visit. :-)

They offer the widest variety of diagnostic services I have ever known. I have 2 insurance options for my eye care and they chose the one that offered the most services so I would pay less to them while getting more services. Their opticians are filled with knowledge and helped solve my biggest problem with my current glasses. The bridge was too wide on my glasses and they kept falling down when I was reading. I also mentioned that my glasses get cloudy often and they chose a different material to see if that would solve that problem. I look forward to getting my new glasses. I am so pleased with the service I received. They even remembered my favorite color and had me only look at those colors for my new glasses. Saved me time and money while getting full care. What could be better?

My second visit to acuity! Dr. and staff are all very welcoming, nice and professional! I was in and out in 45 minutes including choosing my new pair of glasses with help from an assistant to tell me which one looked best within, style size and price range i was looking for! It really is a nice experience when i usually dread appointments. I appreciate this facility!!

My teenage daughter, Mary, was recently fitted for contacts at Acuity Eye Center. We received excellent service from start to finish. We appreciate how patient and kind Nicole was when she helped Mary. Nicole is a terrific teacher and Mary loves wearing contacts because of her. Robin, Leah, and Johna were professional and respectful each time we went back to make adjustments. They helped me save money too! I highly recommend Dr. Betsko and her entire staff!
