Great service and technology for an all-inclusive experience! Dr Yanofsky is an excellent optometrist and very thorough. Jan and the front office team treat you like the most important person in the office. Warranty on frames and lenses is supported by Jan who takes care of the customer.

I've been going there since i was 6 years old. Dr. Yanofsky is wonderful and very knowledgeable, and the staff there are usually great! But I have to give five stars because the customer service the last few months has been exceptional. I went in December to get new glasses because my pair I had for 2 years broke. Let's just say I've had some trouble getting a new pair, but not for lack of trying. My eyes have had trouble adjusting to several pairs but the doctor and his staff have been nothing but helpful and accommodating despite how much of a persistent issue getting glasses for me has been. They've never once made it feel like a burden or like I'm a P.I.T.A. customer even when I feel like I am . Really like going to these guys! The only real criticism I could offer is that more often than not getting seen there takes a while. There is normally a decent wait time between check in and actual appointment beginning. Under normal circumstances I'd maybe give a four but again because of the tremendous help They've been lately I'm gonna give a five stars. They earned it.

I can't say enough positive things about Advanced Eyecare of Arizona. It's been many years since I've had glasses or an exam for that matter. I've had my glasses for a little over a month now, and I'm pleased with how they've been holding up. The lens quality is unlike anything I've ever experienced. The opticians guided me towards the best lens possible for me. The doctor answered all of my questions thoroughly. I couldn't have asked for a better eye exam or glasses selection. The team here doesn't treat you like a number, but more like a part of the family. Happy I chose Dr. Yanofsky and his team!
