I visited this location on January 2nd around 10 AM and had a very disappointing experience.
I was not greeted or acknowledged when I entered, even though several customers who came in after me were greeted immediately.
When I finally received assistance, the manager, Diane, interrupted the employee helping me, dismissed my questions, and incorrectly assumed I was another customer.
She later admitted she had not acknowledged me at all.
As a former employee and customer of America's Best, this was extremely unprofessional and made me feel categorized and dismissed.
I hope corporate addresses the customer service and professionalism at this location.

Summary: Frustrating experience. At americas best you get what you pay for, customer service and materials.
I've been coming here for years. I stopped here today to ask a few questions, I understand I look young, I understand I look like maybe I won't spend money, that is the point of HSA!!! I was just trying to get questions answered so I can follow up accordingly!!
This place was empty for the entire 5 minutes I felt unwelcome. The bald man helping me kept looking at the door and interrupting my questions I did not feel welcome. I am not going to waste my only day off at an office that doesn't even seem to want customers. Frustrating experience. At americas best you get what you pay for, customer service and materials.
The front lady's were kind the few seconds I spoke with them.
This America's Best store truly serves its name. I had an appointment and from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a staff ready to help with my vision needs.
Very professional, courteous and helpful, I found just the right frames, ordered my glasses, and received them ahead of time. This could not have been accomplished without the extraordinary assistance from Courtney. She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasantly helpful.
I highly recommend this America's Best store for all your vision needs!
Thank You ! This is the absolute least that I can say. I was in this store approximately 2 weeks ago, I had a prescription and my wife did not, she got an exam the same day and moment we went in. This was incredibly helpful. We both picked out our eyeglasses with the help of Diana. She was so patient as my wife changed her mind over and over. She rang us up and made sure not only we got what we came in for but actually took the time to educate us and show us things we had never seen before or even heard of. This glare protectant. We picked up our glasses end of last week, and these are the absolute best glasses I have ever had in my life. I just wanted to say Thank You Diana for your patience, expertise, and guidance with our glasses. We both love the glare protectant we got. If you see this we hope you enjoy being a new grandma !! The manager was telling an employee in front of another customer in a very loud voice how she was absolutely not going to do something for another customer. The employee she was talking to then proceeded to be very rude to a different customer. This is the third and last time I will ever go to this store. As a previous owner of a retail business I was appalled. Absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior. The manager sets the tone and the tone is " customers are not important".
My personal experience was subpar. The wait time was long and the customer service experience was poor. By itself my experience was unfortunate but what motivated me to leave a review was the racism and discrimination I witnessed by the already rude staff to the other clients who were waiting. I've never seen such a rude and unprofessional crew of staff in my life.
My husband and I actually had to go to 2 different AB locations because it was hard to get 2 appointments together. This location was for my appointment. We arrived early and waited about an extra 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The doctor was very nice and apologized for the wait. She did make me feel good about myself, doing some self-care and getting my eyes checked.
The deals that they have on glasses/exam are great for people who do not have any vision insurance coverage.
The waiting room chairs were taped-off to keep people at a distance due to the pandemic. The waiting room is small and when someone was in the restroom, you could hear all of their business, so keep that in mind if you embarrass easily. You could also smell whatever the employees were cooking in the microwave.
I thought I could save time by picking a few pairs of glasses that I liked online before I arrived. I wrote down the names and put the list in my purse. That was a complete waste of time. The frames are all on the wall by price, but in no particular order, so it is very hard to find them by name. The young man who helped me with the frames was very nice, though.
When I went back a couple weeks later to pick-up my glasses, there was a short-haired woman at the front desk. She was not very friendly and acted like I was bothering her by coming in to get my glasses.
I gave this location 4 stars because I think there is room for improvement, especially with whoever is at the front desk greeting guests as they enter the business.


Great Place! I worked with Diana yesterday and it was such a pleasure! She was kind and took her time and was just so patient with me! She was also being pulled in so many directions and was still kind to everyone. I just wanted you to know. Thank you Diana.
