5-Star Review I took my grandmother to her eye appointment yesterday and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for and understood. The assistant who helped us was incredibly sweet and patient. She spoke perfect Spanish, took her time explaining every step, listened to my grandma's stories, and gave her clear and comforting directions during the tests, despite my grandma usually being terrified of those machines. Her kindness made all the difference. Then the doctor came in, and to our surprise, he also spoke Spanish fluently. He answered every single question my grandma had, never rushed her, and treated her with so much respect and empathy. My grandma was in tears in the car afterward because she felt truly seen and taken care of. For anyone who feels intimidated, scared, or unsure about eye exams, especially elderly patients or Spanish speakers, I cannot recommend this office enough. They were absolutely wonderful. They also accepted her AHCCCS insurance with her doctor's referral after she had eye surgery earlier this year. We are so grateful for their service. 10/10 experience.

First off, it took a few calls before I could finally get an appointment. The first call, the person told me he'd have to call me the next day because they were not taking calls for new patients . Yep, they never called me. The only reason I called back was I had an issue and my insurance referred me. Never again. The only good thing about this office was Nino. She is outstanding! Nothing like leaving work for an appointment, and having to wait for the Doctor for a period of time while you hear him chitchatting with someone. He spent less time with me than he did with his conversation. So nice these professionals can't value our time.

Arizona Eye Specialists has been consistently good for me the last 5 years. Recently I received a text from Arizona Eye Specialist that I am due for my yearly check up. After 3 weeks of attempting to call, being on hold for hours, and missed callbacks that only rang once, it has been a bear to try to schedule my yearly check up appointment. Upon finally getting a hold of the office, I was greeted by a very rude phone operator who was very snippy with me and non-responsive. This hasn't been an issue in the past, so something needs to be changed. I always have a great experience with the doctor I see, but this scheduling experience had me one phone call away from switching to a new doctor. Terrible scheduling experience. If it's this difficult to schedule a yearly check up again, I will most definitely be looking for a new Eye Specialist in town.

This office is very good at communicating with patients and appointments. I've never waited more then 10 minutes for my appointments. I saw Dr .Elliott Janousek and he exceeded my expectations from his mannerisms to hills professionalism was better then any other eye centers I've been too. He took the time to clearly explain so many things that were never explained to me previously and answered all of my questions He was very pleasant and straight forward. I left the office feeling understand and confident in my care plan.

Dr. Maki performed the surgery on both of my eyes to remove cataracts. The procedure was painless and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Maki to anyone needing eye surgery.

I am really impressed with Az Eye Specialist office staff. I really enjoyed talking to Nicki and Glenna. They were very helpful with all my questions. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the doctor's assistant, but she'll remember me because we both like mint chocolate chip ice cream. Dr Janousek who is always pleasant and answers all my questions. I received a call from Glenna, who helped me with my contacts order, she let me know that my contacts will be delayed. I have an unusual prescription. I never had service like that with my prior optometrist office. Thank you, ladies. Gina G.

I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit to the optometrist. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. I have had difficulty for years getting the correct prescription for my multi focal contacts. Dr. Janousek went out his way when every other Dr has told me it was just my eyes. My eyesight is now perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this optometrist and their dedicated team to anyone seeking eye care services.
