Arizona Red Mountain Eye Care

I have been going to Red Mountain Eye Care for a few years now after going to a well known practice, but my doctor just kept trying to do the same thing over and over. Dr. Pilcher has the tools she needs as well the knowledge to think outside of the "norm" to figure out what was going on with my eyes. I love her approach and for not wasting my time. I really appreciate her. I have worked with Lauren to choose my frames and she is fantastic and will tell me the truth on frames I pick out on whether they look good on me or maybe check a different pair. I respect her perspective as she sees and helps so many patients and can tell. This practice is efficient and respectful and I would highly recommend it happily to anyone!

Thank you for a Great Experience I am very pleased! Attentive friendly staff beginning with customer service and on through optometrists. I was informed at every step of the process. I only remember asking one question, they covered everything! Options were provided and there were no high pressure tactics. Pricing is reasonable and comparable to services offered by other optometry business I have shopped at over the years. I might add that I was more comfortable here then anywhere else I gave been in 50 years . I will recommend Arizona Red Mountain Eye Care to everyone.

I feel well educated about the eye care process through the discussions during my appt. Everything is explained, I was given options and good care. It appears that everyone is happy to work there! All the Women made it fun to pick out glasses and they help you decide on what looks good. Is this a Woman owned business? It feels welcoming!

I had a great overall experience. They were very considerate of my concerns and got me on the schedule right away. Both the staff and the doctor were amazing. They gave me all the information I needed and trust all of my concerns. I'd highly recommend coming here for any needs as they genuinely care.

Came in for my annual eye exam and the eyes hadn't changed much so they offered to replace both my prescription sunglasses and daytime eyeglasses because they were a little scratched and they were under warranty. Excellent service. I will be making another appointment at the end of the year for my covered insurance.

Dr. Olsen and Lauren (optician) are my go-to eye care providers. Great listeners and responsive to patient needs. All staff are very professional and efficient. So glad I received a referral from another client of theirs.

Update to respond to owner: I TOLD THE GIRL ON THE PHONE THAT HER MAIN COMPLAINT WAS FLOATERS AND WANTING TO GET THOSE CHECKED. YET YALL SCHEDULED HER FOR WHATEVER YOU WANTED. ALSO, Just got the insurance EOB in the mail. Yall charged them for Eye AND MEDICAL EXAM. Yet we couldnt discuss the floaters or some of the other findings? Yeah right!!!! Seems like Ms America was just in a bad mood, you should talk to Dr Pilcher about her bedside manner. Im not the only one who's complaining in these reviews about her rudeness and wanting to rush. If she doesnt like her job she should find a new one. If she is in such a rush she shouldve taken the day off. Knocked off another star. NEVER coming back. Im gonna make sure people know to steer clear of this place. Rude Dr and dishonest billing. Dr Pilcher is kind of rude not going to lie. First when she came in, she said Its Chaos out there. Didnt introduce herself. Not very personable. Seemed like she was in a major rush. Kept saying come on really loud when my elderly mom was trying to read the eye chart. When my mom would say she couldnt read it, her response was yes you can When I asked about the floaters in her eye (which was the main reason we came) She said thats medical you need to schedule a medical appointment to talk about that. I asked her some questions about the pictures of her eye which she did answer thoroughly. Then she rushed out of the room and told us to check out out front. Dont know if the doctor was having a bad day or what. Im not really sure if Im going to come back, she was pretty rude. Needs to be talked to about bedside manner. Sorry we were such a bother.

After Dr Pilchers thorough eye exam, I received a beautiful new pair of glasses. Optical manager Jessica also was very nice and listened to my concerns. Highly recommend Red Mountain eye care anyone who needs glasses or contacts.
