The Doctor was so kind, he explained the things in depth to me. Laura was the one I was so impressed with. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect frames and went over all options for me. I was a little hesitant to use Walmart but after the great experience I had this is the only place I will use. Thank you for the best experience ever!

I had a good visit, until I was going to order my contacts. I was approached and asked for a payment of $99.99, mind you that I have insurance, but they stated that it was for a contact exam. I was never told this by the doctor or the associate before my exam. I think that was shady on their part. I will be fighting for my money back, due to not being told this prior to my exam. I was also told on the phone when I made my appointment that my insurance covers everything. I live on a monthly disability check and it has set me behind for this month.

Fast, friendly, efficient. I used to get my eye glasses from my Ophthalmologist, but no longer: Glasses there were a sideline. I recieve a much more thorough examination (to select proper Rx) and have a better selection of lense options and frames. Highly recommend Dr. Becken at the Walmart Supercenter, on McKellips Road in Mesa.
