From the moment you call to make an appointment until you leave after your eye exam you will have the best care you could ask for. I just had my appointment, and I always look forward to it. When you open the front door to their office you are greeted with a smile and a welcome from all. Check-in is fast and so is check-out. My wait-times have always been minimal. Dr Reed with his expertise along with his friendly, comfortable personality does a thorough eye exam. I ask a lot of questions about my vision and Dr Reed always answers them. When I have a complaint regarding something about my eyes he always checks it out and gives a recommendation. Dr Reed genuinely cares about his patients and is outstanding in both his depth of knowledge and his care. He and his office staff are fantastic and I appreciate them. I highly recommend Dr Reed and his staff. They are exceptional! Thank you to everyone at Dr Reed's office.

I've been using this practice for about 10 years for my glasses. All of the employee are fantastic and always so willing to help. There's been a few years where they've had to order glasses for me special since I'm so picky.

Dr. Reed is great. I couldn't imagine "seeing" anyone else.

Dr. Reed and his office staff are great! They are always helpful and courteous. Making appointments is easy and reminders are always sent just before your appointment. Waiting times have always been brief. Eye exams are complete and thorough. Dr. Reed does your exam according to what is needed. He is thoughtful and knowledgeable. I feel that my eye care is being done by someone who is exceptional. I would give Dr. Reed 10 stars if I could because I highly recommend him and his office.

I have been going to this office for over 30 years with Dr Reed and now his son Dr. Reed. The staff is always very accommodating and even sent emergency contacts to my vacation when I lost a contact. Dr. reed is super personable and kind. Going to a family run practice gives me confidence and assurance that I will see the same doctor where I have a relationship to the office. I can't say enough about the doctor helping taking his time without feeling rushed to attend to my eye care.

I have been coming to Dr. Reed's office for a couple years now. He is kind and always addresses my concerns. His staff is friendly and helpful, and prompt. I also, bring all 4 of my children here. He is great with them. I would highly recommend his office for your entire family.
