Great place if you are looking for exceptional service. Just had my 1st eye exam in 39years. Staff was very friendly and got me in right away. Then had my glasses ready in the next couple hours. Now I can see eveeything I have missed out on all these years.

I went to this location for a contact lens exam. The entire time I was in the building I was saying that I already have an eyeglass prescription, I just need a contact lens prescription. I got the exam, paid for it. And the doctor wrote an eyeglass prescription and did not write a contact prescription. The doctor stated she wants me to try the prescription out first before she finalizes it and provides it. I have been getting contact lens prescriptions every couple years for the last decade+ and my prescription has never been withheld from me. Especially once I have PAID for it. Had their process been explained BEFORE I paid and they told me I would not be leaving with the prescription I paid out of pocket for, I would have never done the exam. On top of that, the contacts that the doctor ordered are not the same style of contacts I usually wear so I hope they didn't just waste my coverage on contacts that aren't going to work for me. Overall. Never going to this location or any other eyeglass world location for services. 0/10 definitely do not recommend

HUGE store location and great location too. I needed a couple pairs of sunglasses fixed, when I called ahead of time to see if they offered this service the receptionist said "yes we do and for free, come on down and we'll take care of you". I was greeted by 3 super friendly staff members immediately. Jordan was the member assisting me and she was such a pleasure to work with. She ensured both my sunglasses were back to working condition, free of charge and then asked me if any other glasses needed an inspection or repair. Superb customer service ny Jordan and team!!! I'll be back.

Just went here for an eye exam and was surprised by the exceptional service! The doctor was so kind and understanding and I wanted to give a big shout out to the lady doing the pre testing. Her name was Kori and she made the whole experience fun and was able to relax me as I don't do well in doctors offices. Please give her a big thank you and if she is representative of the quality of employee, then I will be coming back and this will be my new home for all my eye needs. Thank you Kori!

I was in there on Monday Feb 2nd around 6pm and there were 2 workers in there and they both were busy with customers and there was a lady waiting to be helped and myself waiting to be helped and I was there about 20 to 30 mins when another customer came in and about 5 mins after the 3rd customer came in one of the workers were done with the customers and the worker went and helped the girl that just walked in 5 mins ago. That was very wrong and I was very upset cause I had been waiting awhile already and the other lady should have been helped then myself and I walked out and didn't get my glasses fixed like I went there to do in the first place. I didn't get her name but I remember what she looks like and im going in there today and talk to the manager about her. Very rude and very disrespectful and discrimination too I believe and they have 3.7 stars and I see why they do cause of employees like her and she might be the reason why. She was short and had long dirty blond hair and maybe in her 50's or 60's

Pretty disappointed at this location. Been going to Eyeglass World for 20 years, just posted an amazing review for the gilbert location in February. Had to go to Alma school today 9/29/2025. The staff was completely neglectful, talking for over an hour, not communicating. I felt like I didn't exist. Trinity was the only one working, the rest of them were standing around laughing like idiots. It felt pretty bad, considering I've paid thousands into this company. Service was very wishy washy I was constantly being fenced about basic single tint same day glasses. The girl kept using the term " a day or two." When the whole concept of eyeglass world is same day glasses. My whole family literally cut our order in half just to try to get the order today, cause I live in casa grande, and drove over an hour one way to get to the appointment. My order was paid over 45 minutes before the lab decided to get to work, after his Door dash was delivered. I know this was the case, cause I watched him stand at the counter until his food arrived. Which wouldn't of bothered me had I not been an existing customer with my prescription already active in the system. Then the entire staff disappeared into the back. My whole family felt tension during the experience. The sales felt high pressure and not informative. Someone needs to get fired here at this location. Then perhaps attitudes will change. It was a 9am appointment and we were fenced that our glasses would be finished at 530 pm. I know this isn't normal again I been going to Eyeglass World for 20 years. On top of that the doctor was late, stuck in traffic. My previous order at the gilbert location was 5x times larger and more specific and was completed in about 3 hours ( early ). If I were an executive or manager of this brand I'd be furious that money was literally being thrown out the window, all because lack of caring. Over a thousand dollars of sales gone, because of this experience. Smh Check my previous review of gilbert, I'm not a stiff, and I pay ample credit where do. Update: 8 hours later. The glasses were correct, for what we ordered and the service was good, at pick up. Trinity was very helpful again. However the previous comments still stand. And we did remove our upgrade$ just to get basic glasses same day. From all my previous experiences with the brand, I feel like our order could have been done in 2 3 hours. Not 8.

They do kids exams but are not very accommodating for kids. My 5 year old was getting his first eye exam and did good till the puff of air in his eye in the first one then he was nervous and they would not continue the appointment and said we would have to go somewhere else. Walked out of there my son was crying cause he says I can't see and need help mom. Booked somewhere else that will help my child and not just push us out the door and cancel the appointment. Very disappointed for sure.

Very disappointed with this company, spent $580 for both glasses, frames broke in a year. Went back to purchase 1 frame @$200 just to have it break in less than 3 months with minimal use. Went back to see what they could do and was told me good luck. And couldn't help me, couldn't give me discount on another frame. But wanted to sell me another eyes exam and another pair of glasses at full price. This Company doesn't care about helping you, will never do business again and wouldn't recommend it to people.
