I just want to start by saying that Vision World is an outstanding company--solid, reliable, and truly caring about every person who walks through their doors.
John and his amazing staff are top-notch. From the doctor who examined my eyes to the representative who adjusted my glasses, every single person was professional, friendly, and highly skilled.
Here's my story: I had never worn glasses before, but I started having trouble seeing small things like my phone screen. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and now I can see everything perfectly thanks to progressive lenses with an invisible bifocal. I had no idea my vision had gotten that bad--but now, everything is crystal clear!
What impressed me the most was their customer service. When I had an issue with the first pair of frames that turned out to have a defects, John went above and beyond. He personally took care of me and exchanged 2 pairs, too replacing 1 of the frames with a totally different frame --without hesitation. That level of care is rare these days, and it truly shows how much they value their customers.
Thank you,Vision World, for your professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making sure I was completely happy. You didn't just meet expectations--you exceeded them
I highly recommend Vision World
Thank you, thank you, thank you

Totally blown Away with the prices and availability best place I've ever been to!
Got me these cool Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses and a cool pair of clear glasses with an exam for around $350!
They would have had them completed the same day but their lab was totally full for the rest of the day so I got them the following day first my sunglasses in the afternoon and then shortly after that my clears were done as well
AAA+++ same day eye ware one stop shop place!
Be mindful of this company; it may seem that they are not very knowledgeable about insurances outside VSP.
I called to check my insurance and I explained to them that my VPS insurance did not cover eye exam but my medical one does cover. I was told by two different people that medical insurance wouldn't cover an eye exam which is inaccurate. They checked VPS and just as I told them it didn't cover eye exam and told me I had to pay out of pocket.
When I, once again, explained to another individual that VSP didn't cover it but my medical insurance did, I was told once again that didn't work that way. Only Vision insurances would cover eye exams.
Both individuals didn't even offer to try to check my medical insurance and established that this company own VPS and know how it works. You may know how VPS works but you need further training regarding how other insurances works.
Some medical insurance, such as BCBS, which I have, depending on the plan DOES cover eye exam, not glasses but eye exam which is what I made the appointment for.
I obviously cancelled this appointment since I will no pay for an eye exam when I have no need and I have no interest in being seen by a company whose employees are not properly trained or are simply narrow minded, not willing to check when I patient tell you their medical insurance covers it.
Long story short, I called another eyewear company who asked me for medical insurance right away to cover the eye exam (yes, they actually knew how insurance works, probably why they have better reviews) and guess what? My medical insurance covers the eye exam and I only have to pay a small copay for it. Have my appointment with them soon.
Just be mindful with this company and any other that won't even look at your medical insurance as a possibility to cover an eye exam.
Paid $400 for glasses ($99 frames were free with insurance & I did not get an exam there) & the frame doesn't fit. It pops in & out. Went in to get it fixed & the guy responsible for the lens not fitting wasn't there. Manager said they would call to let me know when he's there & never did. I won't be going back.
What an amazing experience. The customer service was great and they seemed super busy. The doctor that did my eye exam was very nice. I think it was Dr. Nelson. His assistant that checked me in and did the pre-screening check was very friendly. I liked that she called me in advance of my appointment to share with me that I had some paperwork waiting to fill out that they emailed me. That would have not been completed if she didn't make that call.
Bella was my salesperson. Very low-key and not pushy at all. The way she handled things made me want to buy some kind of upgrade since I was going with the "two for $89.00" special. I got the anti-glare put on both.
The whole reason I came in was because my glasses broke and I was due for a new exam anyways. Seeing how they were broken, I asked if there was any way I could get at least one of those pairs on the same day. She checked and even though it was 3:30 and they close at 6 on Saturday, they agreed to do one. What was really nice of them was that they went ahead and did both so I didn't have to come back.
The customer service here is unbelievable and I'm happy I chose them again.
Mercedes in the front was very accommodating and funny, she helped me find a pair to fit my desired look and price range and was very friendly the entire time. I was able to get my glasses made the same day. Highly recommend for anyone who needs glasses.
If I could give no stars, I would.......
I'm not one to deflect on negative
experiences but this is different considering it's concerning my wife ability to see. She came here for her exam and glasses. For years she has only worn progressive lenses.
The optometrist convinced her she should get single vision. She trusted her experience and in return it caused -blurred vision, severe eye strain, and migraines daily. When she addressed this mishaps to the office, they asked her to pay for a replacement. This is unprofessional and unacceptable-they failed to provide the correct prescription and are unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes! She spent $260!!!!!!!
Excellent eye exam from Doctor Geetha Parasuram. They have so many frames to choose from and John was great at picking the best frame for my husband. I left there seeing clear and felling great with my new glasses.
