Stephen and Maureen feel like visiting family. They're extremely knowledgeable, and the store has by far the widest selection of frames and styles in glasses in the valley. They've been in the business continuously in Mesa for 48 years! Take your time while you're there. You won't be disappointed.

There are 2 entrances to this store. The large main eye glass store for adults is on the direct corner. The smaller children's eye glass store is just to the left of it. The Children's side is colorful and fun. The selection is amazing but pricy. You do get your money's worth. The quality is very nice. Our ophthalmologist from Phoenix Children's Hospital referred us here to get glasses replaced. My son had broken his glasses that he got from another eyeglass store at least once every year. The glass we got were flexible and bendable where it counts. No more broken glasses at school. My son was able to get the color he wanted. The lady was very kind and patient with him. Yes I recommend this office to anyone getting their child glasses.

Stay far away from this place you've been warned! I spent over $2200 at this place but yet they treat you with terrible customer service and disrespect if they don't get their way. Steven the main guy in there is very disrespectful, pushy, and his customer service is absolutely terrible. He's a bully and hurls threats and loves to argue with the customer. You should be able to go in there as a paying customer mind you, and get all your worries and concerns out-of-the-way free of hassle. He's very good at harassing customers if you question him regarding customer service and things you may have purchased or are about to purchase. He has a terrible temper and yells at his customers as well! Who wants to do business at a place where these things occur?!?! Take your business somewhere else! Terrible place to do eyeglass business with!! Mark my words!! 2 thumbs down!

Buying glasses, made fun! Maureen, Evan, and Steven were so welcoming and kind in their approach to finding me something stylish and within my college student budget. Their huge selection of frames is incredible (I didn't realize glasses for non-celebrities could be so neat!) and they helped me find a pair that I never would've thought of for myself, but I absolutely love, these guys are total style experts. I'll take this place over Costco selection and customer service anytime. If you need new glasses let the Eyemagination Staff spoil you, I promise you'll have a great time!

They know the business, all employees have been there for years. They excel at helping you select a frame that compliments your facial features and fits you properly. They stand behind their glasses & will adjust your glasses as needed. EyeMagination also has a wide variety of jewelry and some women's capes, shawls & other misc. clothing. I am extremely impressed by the store and very happy with all of the purchases I have made.

I've been wearing corrective lenses since the 3rd grade, and I'm rapidly approaching retirement, so I've interacted with many eye specialists over the years, but none as professional and helpful as Maureen and her staff at EyeMagination. She offered helpful and supportive suggestions while I was selecting my frames, and she provided informative details about the characteristics of high-quality lenses for me to consider. She also shared several constructive recommendations about the care and maintenance of eyewear. I felt very welcomed in the store and my interactions with Maureen and her staff were friendly and warm; they spent time getting to know me and took their time to show me "fun" and contemporary eyewear that, although was not my personal style, demonstrated how they have fun with and enjoy interacting with customers. The best place to get glasses! My son was the first to go to EyeMagination. Being a boy, he could be rough and he had a difficult prescription to fill. The eye doctor was impressed with the lenses and I was impressed with the durable glasses. I got so me readers that I love and my mother recently replaced her glasses. They do a great job helping you pick a frame that looks good on you. They gave my mother a larger bifocal span since she can only see out of one eye and my mother loves it.
